“Absolutely love this salon. It’s so nice to have a friendly salon to go to. They don’t just do nails, there are a whole load more treatments you can have and I Can’t wait to try some new ones out. The removal clinic is also there on a Monday and Lauren does fantastic treatments!! Tracy does the best nail art!!! People always comment on mine!! The sunbed is really good too and the bulbs are changed regularly!! This salon is defo worth a visit!! Oh and parking is free there too!!!”

“This is not the place you rush in and you rush out . This is a place that you get proper pampered ! Staff are all so friendly and super professional ! I went in with some nail issue but I have been given constructive advice and my nails were treated with proper care ! I really gave my trust to this business and I even tried on the eye lashes extension on the same day ! It’s almost over two weeks now and everything is still looking perfect ! First of all what an amazing salon with great staff! From the Somali man (who noticed I was waiting and acknowledged me to ask if I had been seen to), to the lovely receptionist and assistants, and of course the amazing Ugur! Everyone was so polite and customer service was on point! From the consultation to the end, Ugur was great. Even with a language barrier he listened and understood exactly what I wanted and made sure I was happy with everything! I’ve been to many hair salons in and around London but this experience and the result of my hair, hands down the best. Ugur is amazing at his job! He is a perfectionist and I’m so glad I’ve found my hairdresser! Already had countless compliments on my hair. Feeling like a brand new woman! Thank you UG!! Just a thought, does BK offer loyalty cards for returning customers? Also some biscuits or cake with the tea offered would be nice as I was so hungry after 6hours!
