She definitely did not disappoint and I have had so many compliments on my hair since I had it done. Historically I have found hairdressers in the UK have had trouble dealing with my hair in terms of both cut and colour because it's not 'stereotypical' Asian hair (i.e. dead straight and jet black) and instead is frizzy, thick, dark and between a curl and a wave. Suzi had no issue though and gave great advice on what was realistic and how to achieve the colour I wanted. The salon was itself was lovely and I had a good time chatting with Suzi while she was doing my hair.
