“Simply put, your bucket list is incomplete until you’ve tried this incredible little restaurant. Chef Mo welcomed us like long term locals and served up the most authentic roti & chicken curry, beef rendang with coconut saffron rice, and teh tarik. You just can’t find food this delicious at a price like this (£10 per main) in London anymore, and it’s conveniently right next to Kilburn station. Throw in some good stories from the Chef about Sabah and durian, and I’d give it 9 out of 5 stars if I could. Do yourself a favour and go see Chef Mo and Chef Wan pronto. Whatever they cook you will serve whatever ails you. Terima kasih Chefs — we’ll be back very soon to try the gado gado and laksa.”

“This place is Magical! It is absolute perfection, the food, the amibiance, and Rubik's beautiful hospitality make you feel like you're coming home after years away. It's the kind of place where you think you'll just pop in for a quick drink or a bite, and the next thing you know you've made new friends, laughed with old ones and realized you never want to leave. And the food, "This is so good I could cry" was said many times! Cheers to Rubik, this might just be one of my favorite dining experiences of all times!”

“My first taste of Iraqi cuisine and it was incredible. We tried all of the Kubba and they were delicious. For mains the dolma with Lamb ribs was incredible, also loved the Saffron chicken. Desserts was a knafa and it was so so good, never eaten anything like it. Wine was lovely and service was some of the friendliest I've experienced in London. Gutted I didn't try the Hummus or flatbread but will definitely be back as soon as possible!”

“Very nice friendly cafe. Outside you see a list of some the items inside but it is a partial list. İnside there is a menu on the wall with various items including: Chicken kebab £4.50. Lamb shish £7.50 Falafel wrap £4.00 Chicken escalope £4.50 Veg pizza £5.50. Salami pizza £6.00 Cheese pizza £2.50. Spinach pizza £3.00 Chips £2.90 Chicken Curry £5.00 Lamb curry £6.00 Moussaka £4.00 Coffee £2.00. Tea £1.50 Juice bottle £1.00 Soft drink bottle £1.00 There are about 4 or 5 tables and a fridge with soft drinks. No toilets are visible. There is sanitiser on the tables. My food was lovely at reasonable prices. The service considerate, friendly and helpful.”

“Award winning café next to West Hampstead overground station with very appealing branding and brilliant baristas. Matcha latte was descent and creamy, the flat white was also incredible. Baristas are friendly and talkative, you can see that they put lots of effort and love into each cup of coffee and it really reflects on the quality of the drinks itself. This café also sell their own coffee beans and merch, it deserves to be this popular!”

“As you maybe aware I’m a big foodie who loves dining out in the finest of restaurants. But when it comes to choosing wine we either go for the countries that we know or we leave it to the recommendations of the sommeliers. So with this in mind we wanted to broaden our horizons let’s say by learning more about wine in general ie taste , smell , tannins , acidity etc. with the additional knowledge of knowing what wine wine is good value for money and which style of wine goes with which style of food. So we gave it some thought and approached our good friend and drinks expert Alison Taffs at the Hop Inn Hornchurch our local micro pub to see what she thought and because it was only going to be the two of us if it would be worth her while. But after a little chat we discussed a budget so it would make her time and effort worthwhile. We gave her a couple of weeks to put together a format and gather some wines to taste and talk about. This led us to sunday when our tasting would take place. We arrived at the Hop Inn and our table was laid out in the corner. You could see straight away that Alison had put a lot of effort into this to which we were very grateful. She had laid out tasting note sheets , an iPad screen displaying various information and a list of the six wines we would be tasting. She decided that we should keep the discussion to european wines and in particular Portugal , France , Austria & Germany. Her knowledge was incredible as she guided us through the different stages of tasting wine. This begins with appearance which will include the colour. This is followed by smell , condition , intensity and the character. Then it’s time to taste to find out if the wine is sweet or dry as well as how much acidity , length , body and tannins. To finish you would decide what type of food you would match the wine with. We followed this by talking about pricing and what wines from specific regions when you look at a wine list are good value for money. This information really was invaluable and will certainly help us in the future. We’d personally like to thank Alison for a fabulous wine tasting afternoon. To listen to her knowledge and passion really was a pleasure and we definitely got more out of this than we first thought. I would highly recommend if your interested in wine to arrange a session yourselves whether your a couple like us or a larger group you will certainly benefit from her vast experience in the industry. We’re certainly looking forward to booking another session with her soon”

“We had the private group full day tour of Paris and thought that it was absolutely necessary to provide a review of our experience with Travel Curious and our guide Pierre-Yves. Travel Curious ensured that we would enjoy our day trip to Paris by making certain we were able to do a tour of the Eiffel Tower and provided us with complimentary upgraded tickets to the summit. They stayed in communication with me from the time of my booking up until the day before our tour. Our guide Pierre-Yves continued this excellent service by going ABOVE AND BEYOND ensuring that not only did we get a full history and background of every major landmark in France but he also took additional measures to take care of us. He was extremely knowledgeable of not only the art in the Louvre, but the architecture and history of all the buildings we passed as well as the city. Pierre gave us a full Paris experience by bringing us walking past landmarks and to the secret spots with amazing views for pictures, took us on a boat, on a train and even a bus. We went to destinations which were not pre-planned and he never once complained. He stayed with us the entire day up until the tour for the Eiffel Tower was set to begin. He even avoided drinking his water at one point because we said we were thirsty and he wanted to ensure we got our water first. He was the best tour guide we have EVER been with in any country and will highly recommend him and Travel Curious to anyone we know visiting Paris. Thank you!”

“Just came back from Al Aqsa with Al Israa tour company. What a beautiful experience mostly because we such amazing and attention to detail tour guides who clearly knew there stuff. Al Israa’s accommodation is about 7 mins from the Al Aqsa compound. The hotel staff was friendly, the rooms clean and food good.
