When I told him I sold the kitchen units on eBay, rather than cutting the unit to get to the gas pipe, he moved out the oven under the hob so he could reach the gas pipe without cutting the unit. “I called Boiler & Heating Care as I wasn’t sure when my boiler was last serviced (no sticker) plus recently it was loosing pressure. I also called them about gas safety check as I had never seen the certificate for the flat I purchased. Luckily I did ask them to gas safety check as there was a leak from the main meter!! Marvin (the engineer) was really great. Once he spotted the leak he got straight to it to fix the problem. Then he went onto servicing the boiler. Top man! “I’m writing this review on behalf of my 80 year old dad (he’ll hate that bit) as technology is not his thing. Firstly can I personally thank Gary for being an honest, trustworthy and kind gentleman. Whilst I was away on holiday dad called another firm who were prepared to charge him thousands of pounds for a new boiler. A personal recommendation led us to Gary who came on a Sunday (!) and fixed the problem with one part !! My dad has asked me to comment that Gary is a rarity these days, an honest tradesman who knows his craft - would recommend him 100%. Thank you from us both”

“It has been roughly 11 months and we are very happy with the new walk-in shower! The old one was leaking and was making a huge mess, so we urgently needed to have it replaced. Dan did an amazing job of working around the existing bathroom to give us everything that we needed for my disabled father. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and he worked around our tight budget. Dan was also happy to help us with fitting products for a disabled person. The project took a little over 3 months and we needed drying time to air out the dampness between the shower room and kitchen below, but Dan kindly fitted us into his busy schedule so the work could be done as soon as possible. Dan worked quickly to replace the damp floor with new non slip tiles, installed a new extractor fan, new toilet and shower screen, and even fitted a unit for us. Both bathroom and kitchen were finished with paint and sealant. After a few weeks, we noticed leaking again, and it turns out it was because of some cracks in the wall tiles. Dan came back to sealed them up for us, and since then we haven’t had any leaks!”
