Feels so lovely to have a vets that will do what is best by your animal and feel at ease that my boy is in the best hands with a vets I can trust. They go above and beyond. Every staff member I have had an encounter with has been lovely and really pleased I registered. Thank you so much!”

“I brought my dog in after he had been attacked by another dog. I was in shock and the receptionists were FANTASTIC, they jumped into action straight away and made sure both me and my boy were okay. The vet and the nurse were also fantastic! Our dog has severe issues at the vets, which added to my concern in the situation (and his, most likely!) but they were so very kind and patient with him. It ended up being not too bad of a wound, and I can't express how grateful I am to them for helping both him and myself in a really stressful situation. I was a bit of a mess when I arrived and was MUCH calmer by the end of the visit, which is entirely down to the wonderful staff being so attentive and caring with my boy. Based on this visit, I could not recommend Alder's enough :)”

“Recently our cat was involved in a road traffic accident and I can truly say that the care he received at Medivet saved his life before he could be transferred to Fitzpatricks Referrals. Would highly recommend this practice. He was firstly treated by Vets Now at Stockton by Nick and Hannah who were amazing and then handed over to another vet whose name I forget unfortunately and Meryl. They were all incredible and we will be eternally grateful for their support and expertise”

“Seems well run, safety conscious and in good working order. The trampolines are nice and bouncy unlike some bounce parks. All the staff come across well. My only complaint would be there are no foods catering for people with dietary requirements. However that is a nit pick. I've brought my kids here many times and we always have a really good time.”

“Absolutely great Saturday with our kids. It was awesome. We got offered a photo of our youngest. And it was really nice. We got professional photos taken 3 for 24£. That's seems very reasonable. My youngest loved the baby part and eldest loved the waves. Only let down it smells like chlorine, but expected. Eyes gets a bit sensitive.”

“My dogs bath and groom are well done! Not sure if nail cutting include trimming the fur on paws as I hope it does. And so sorry I believe one of my dog keep barking when saw me and she annoyed one of the staff beside her hahaha.. thanks the team anyways will definitely come again :)”

“Wow I don’t know where to start! This journey has been a huge emotional rollercoaster for all of us! Long story short; Magda and her team saved our 5 month old Bullmastiff puppy’s life. Prince is so special to us all, and you did everything you could and more to save him. Everyone that works at aura is so lovely and kind and professional, they provided round the clock intensive care for our boy, and carried out major surgery and because of that he is still with us now. Magda, we want to thank you personally for everything you’ve done for us. You are so kind, and you’ve cared for our prince in ways we never thought anyone could. We really can’t recommend aura veterinary enough, thank you again so so much, prince & family xxx”

The barber asked carefully what I wanted, and seemed to be very careful and focused the entire time he was at work. From experience, it's difficult to find a decent barber in this part of London so I was happy to have found this place.”

“I have injured my leg last week (nothing too serious but won't be able to walk properly for a couple of weeks). My dog's dry food was almost gone so the wife went to Perfect Pet Care in the White Lion Walk and bought some. We usually go for the biggest bag as it works out a lot cheaper. Because of the weight, my wife was struggling to carry it home so Richard (the lovely man working there) delivered it to us on foot! We can't thank him enough, going the extra mile and helping us without a second thought! He is a stellar guy! ❤️”

“They provide a nice hardcourt (just a normal wooden basketball or volleyball clue) suitable for indoor frisbee with good air conditioning and heating especially in the winter. The artificial grass and natural grass pitches are well maintained! To finish it off staff are friendly and helpful.”
