“What a wonderful place to eat. Service top notch and the food waves of spicy flavour. To start they brought out a complementary appetiser that was a crispy ball filled with herbs and you then pour in a small glass of tamarind liquid and pop the whole thing in your mouth. Wow! What a fantastic little experience! Then I had the chilli garlic mushrooms. Once you squeeze the lime over it the dish comes alive. Great flavours. For the main I went with the Chicken Khukuri with a garlic naan. Again a great choice. And as a final last nice touch they bring your hot towel out on a purpose built serving plate and add the hot water to it at the table. Great food, great service, great experience.”

Service last night may have been a little slower than usual but it didn't stop us from appreciating every moment we spent in the restaurant and in fairness it was not their fault. The DP Cafe - Whitton Sunday 11th September 2022 - 15:50 Opening Hours: Monday - Saturday- 07:00-17:00 Sunday - 08:00-16:00 There is some seating outside and plenty of seating inside. The refurbishment inside is really nice and is colourful, bright, fresh and it is very clean. I had a medium coffee with a slice of chocolate and caramel cake. A really nice smooth coffee and scrumptious cake, all for £6.30p which I think is reasonable. The couple running the place are friendly, polite and very welcoming. I’m not one for coffee shops but I will definitely become a regular visitor here.”

“Love this local restaurant! The service is amazing. You’re always greeted with a warm, happy and helpful welcome. The food is delicious. Made fresh to order and arrives quickly. It’s so nice to be able to go and eat in again but the takeaway service they provided in lockdown was fabulous! I also love a takeaway coffee when working from home. Couldn’t ask for a better restaurant right at the end of my road!”

“Our mum sadly passed away in July and we were given this shop as a recommendation by several people after we asked on Facebook. Mark was friendly and helpful. We sent him a photo of what we wanted for our floral arrangement and the time and date it was needed, we paid and then honestly didn’t have to give it another thought! Exactly how we needed things to be during such a hard time. The arrangement was beautiful, delivered on time and as an added bonus, was quite a bit cheaper than we’d seen it elsewhere. Highly recommended.”

“One of my favourite places in London for Indian food. Discovered this gem of a place 5 years ago by accident and we keep going there almost every month, even though we have now moved 6-7 miles away. Great quality food, friendly service and quite economical - a must visit if you are around Twickenham”

“Ordered crispy squid, Tom yum soup, chicken ginger spring onion, chicken Hong Kong style, and egg fried rice. Was delivered quickly. Received the small rice instead of the large but they are forgiven. Food was amazing. Leagues ahead of the last 3 Chinese takeaways we have tried in the locale. Chicken was flavoursome not the usual "tipped" chicken you get in takeaways {which is watery and voluminous but tasteless}. The chicken in each dish had taken on the flavour of the dish and not just boiled and added. Chilli pepper Squid was sublime. Still crispy on arrival thanks to the modification to the container to let the steam out. Soup was delicious. Hong Kong chicken was beautifully crispy. Egg fried rice was OK. Hoping its not a one off. Just blown away by this gem in my neighbourhood. Lucky Garden if you're reading...dont change anything. Top marks to the management through to the chefs.”

“I only visited this place for takeaway service. But it seems it caters for a lot of night outs from the local West Middlesex Hospital, prior to the pandemic. The takeaway order was quick and tasted fantastic! I had ordered the vegetarian lunch box, which had quite generous portion, very tasty and healthy. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the place. The interior is very spacious and can host large gatherings, which is probably why this is the chosen venue for meetings and dos from the local hospital. Luch deals are definitely recommended!”

“Best takeaway I’ve had in years can’t fault anything. Crispy beef is fabulous and still crispy when delivered. Brilliant portion sizes too I fed two children and still had leftovers on one main!! Really friendly from the lady who took the order to delivery driver and arrived within estimated time given. We will definitely be regular customers here!! Compliments to he chef and the staff”
