“My dog Amber has stayed with Shirley several times now and I never have any concerns about leaving her. It’s obvious that Shirley really loves dogs and takes excellent care of Amber whilst we are away - the regular updates of what she’s been up to are lovely (and sometimes very funny!) It’s reassuring knowing that we can go away and Amber is in completely safe hands. She always returns home happy, waggy-tailed and well loved. Thanks Shirley x”

“I joined this practice a year or so ago. I feel very lucky to have been taken in when they opened it for NHS patients for a short time. Since I joined I have seen the dentist, Dr Alisa McGregor twice and also the Hygienist Teuta with the dental nurse Shianna. On every occasion I felt not only that I was in safe hands but also that they genuinely wanted to make the whole experience as pleasant as possible, they make you feel very comfortable. Added to this, the lovely ladies, Evgenia and Hannah who greet you and take care of all bookings and admin are fantastic. Every time I go in they are cheerful and enthusiastic and always go out of the way to help. The whole team and practice are top drawer, I am a very happy customer!”

“After our recent experience with Medivet, I'm happy to drive 20 miles to this practice. Medivet were trying to push us towards paying 8k in overnight drip stays and liver shunt surgery when our little guy was dying from wet FIP. The lovely nurse that dealt with us spotted the tell tales on the first visit and went above and beyond, even ringing me at 8pm on a Friday night to discuss his bloods results.”

I was made to feel very comfortable and welcomed. The treatment didnt hurt at all and was completed very quickly. Its too early to see any difference in hair re-growth. “Unless I move further away this company has a customer for life. My dog was not exactly best behaved. Lidia understood the circumstances for why he behaved that way and kept on going for him. Only someone with a true passion for dogs could have kept up with that. Lidia varied knowledge base on dog seemed to be very impressive aswell. She was able to explain things about a double coated dog breed that even I didn't know. Thank you for an excellent service myself and my wife could not be happier.”
