Also most of the products are addressed to wealthy people rather than everyone. But overall an outstanding customer experience.”

The classes are brilliant, full of friendly people and you can bring your baby to plenty of them too (lots to keep them entertained as well as super lovely instructors who are always willing to help while you work out). “Mr Kim went far beyond the call of duty for me during my fight with Cancer. He even personally did a couple of home deliveries by bike when I was unable to collect prescribed medication. “Young man called ayan was extremely helpful and respectful. He helped my aged mother pack her shopping and also carried it out to the car for her. Amazing customer service even though the shop was super busy. We were very well looked after. The whole team is very welcoming and friendly, even though sometimes their facial expressions show they are under pressure. Never the less they always do their best to help. Car park is always busy and it can take forever to find parking but once inside the staff always try their best to help. Very good experiance and i always prefer it iver other super markets.”

“Our son has been playing at Oxshott tennis (OVSC) for 5 years. During this time he has attended group classes, holiday camps & 1:2:1 lessons. The Coaches at the club are all great, a really friendly team & very professional. They are keen to see the children enjoy but also progress in their tennis. Great ‘Performance level’ classes are also available for those children that want to progress their tennis beyond just playing for fun, highly recommend Oxshott tennis!”
