From having my Emergency Appointment, getting my Fillings done to booking a Wisdom Teeth Extraction. I loved how caring, attentive and reassuring Nosheen and Debbie were throughout my time at this dentistry. I was looked after with no hesitation and well informed about any procedures and/or treatment I needed to get done. My time at this dental practice has great. Also a special shoutout to Emma, who always goes above and beyond to answers any queries I have with utmost importance and always manages to find appointments that suit my work schedule. Kudos to all staff members at this clinic. Currently, at the stage of convincing both family members and friends to change to Bupa Dental Care, Hornchurch! “My daughter joined SoccerDays when she was 3 (now 6) and has absolutely loved every session. We initially chose SoccerDays as she was a little girl with a lot of energy, and we stayed for many years because they really helped focus her energy but also teach her new skills along the way. Each lesson has a warm up, skills practice and as you get older, your child will also play in inter-team matches. The coaches have all been brilliant. Coach Zia has been our main coach and has always taken great care of the children, and ensured he spent additional time with them to help refine their skills. Tbh any of the coaches we’ve come across have been great and have done so well with helping young children play and enjoy football. I would definitely recommend SoccerDays. It’s a fab class with great teachers who genuinely care.”

Saw me straight away and their communication prior to the appointment was excellent by the lovely lady on reception. Consulted with Louise who listened to my concerns and agreed on a hairstyle that would be manageable for me. At the end of my hair styling appointment she spent time discussing hair extensions did not rush me.A lovely friendly hair salon I will definitely be coming back.”

He did a very thorough examination and treatment acupuncture, dry cupping and massage which exceeded my expectations, really helpful advice I felt the difference straight away. “My daughter loves this swimming club. They have experienced some tough times with the lockdown and are now trying very hard to get back to normal. The coaches are tough but fair and are very encouraging. My daughter was very discouraged when she first returned to swimming, after a break of nearly 3 months her times were obviously much slower. One of the coaches took time before the lesson to really encourage her. I think this shows great commitment and belief in what you are doing to help children when they feel uncertain. Since joing the club my daughter is now the fastest swimmer in her school. Well done all.”

“Very good, new sports centre. I've only used the pool so I'm only reviewing it. Excellent changing facilities with two accessible changing rooms, one with hoist and table for disabled adults. Poolside the floor is textured and non slip. Plenty of lifeguards around and they're very quick when needed.”
