“I used to do muai thai kickboxing many years ago. Following a injury to my hip I had to stop. I never thought I'd be able to engage in this sport I love so much. Well, until I started training with Jimmy about 5 months ago. His understanding of the body, injury prevention and rehabilitation, really helped. The range of movement in my hip continues to get better and stronger. I am faster, stronger, my technique continues to improve. I really connected well with Jimmys style of training, as its about training like a athlete, the discipline and commitment. Also his passion for the sport. “So grateful to have found Illi. I had some resistance when I first came across London Constellations/Illi and tried out other places/people instead which wasn’t a bad journey either, it was good to learn more about Constellations work. In the end I signed up for a 1 to 1 and the change was instant for me. Funny how we self-sabotage. “I popped in on the off chance of a haircut and blow dry. Emma was able to see me straight away. I explained exactly how much hair I wanted cut. Emma was extremely fast at both the cut and blow dry. I have thick wavy hair and if it's cut wrong it's very hard to manage without straightening, WELL Emma has given a brilliant cut that I don't need to blow dry every time or tie back. I recommend Emma if you have hair like mine.”

Love that they are small and local which is more personal and the one to one service they offer compared with the larger corporates. A super lovely family run business who treat your fur baby's like their own. I trust my little Archie with them completely. His tail wags just at the sound of their voices on the telephone and he cannot wait to hang out with their cockerpoo Teddi. Highly recommended. UPDATE 14.12.22 : Little Archibald is now 3 years old. Time flies when you're having fun and my precious little pea is still living his best life at Queens Bark with whom he's grown up with. I often consider moving further afield but cannot imagine tearing my little one away from his big brother Teddi and his Queens Bark family. His waggy little tail every morning when they do their daily pick up is just so heartwarming and reassuring to witness.”
