“Just been here for a walk in booster jab. Whole process took approx 30mins including 10 minute sit down after jab (Moderna). I phoned ahead to make sure clinic was running and was advised that queuing could be up to 2 hours as booked appts have priority. However I was told pm was quieter. Well done to all involved, fast friendly and efficient. Well done for all the hard work, the nhs app doesn't find you on the postcode search and I'm guessing with the word out there you are probably servicing most of Kent! Keep up the good work and don't let the moaners get you down. You are doing great and thanks for volunteering.”

“The VETS were OK, although I am not sure if Archie (my arrogant cat) thought so. He looked at the VET with an air of suspicion - only relaxing when the VET stopped to take his temperature.”

“A small, but efficient pharmacy. Very helpful staff and a couple of seats if you have to wait for your Meds. For the size of store (small) it is quite well stocked. If they have not got what you want, I believe it can be ordered in for you. There is car parking for this and other shops in the parade. However, like a lot of free car parking, it tends to get abused by people who park here for the station. Although happy to see that some cars got parking tickets recently !! Regretabbly it is no longer Boots, as Boots sold it off !! THIS PLACE IS NOW CLOSED !!”

“Best local pharmacy - dispensing team give brilliant service, are knowledgeable, go the extra mile for their customers. Prompt professional and friendly service, always smile and are polite no matter how busy they are. The make up counter staff also give excellent personal service, and they sell perfumes that you cannot get elsewhere locally. Department stores in Tunbridge Wells and even in London didn't have a fragrance that I searched for, yet Paydens did! (Hoopers, Harvey Nichols didn't have it) I'd recommend Paydens to everyone!!”

“Very competent. They take their time only to ensure accuracy. Very personable yet professional. The interior of the shop is Spartan which lends itself to the efficiency. Won't go into details but they were very proactive to help me with some paperwork needs. Highly recommend this pharmacy.”

She recognises the staff and location as soon as we approach and the tail starts wagging.
