Chertsey Osteopathic Clinic
● Closed“I had a brilliant introductory session with Gemma. She took the time to explain what was causing my issues and the treatment she would give me. This first session included massage and acupuncture. This, coupled with me carrying out the advice Gemma gave me, have already helped a lot.”

Runners Need Chertsey
● Closed“I haven't run for decades and never did it seriously anyway. I decided to get moving again but because of my large size, I wanted to get a pair of running shoes that would avoid an injury and fitted correctly. I was seen by Luke who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and generous with his time. I tried on many pairs, each with a short run on a treadmill to video my feet. I feel confident that I've got the right shoes to start running, and he even price matched another retailer. What an amazing place, thank you so much.”

River Bourne Health Club
● Closed“I’ve been a member here for over a year now so I feel I’m in a good position to leave an accurate review. I will try and the short and to the point. Short version: I come here for the atmosphere and the friendships I’ve made with the PTs, facilities are great never a long wait for anything even at peak times. Theres pricing for a monthly member with a pay-as-you-go option, but full-time members get free parking. More in-depth review below. Facilities: A great selection of cardio and weight equipment, with two or three new machines having been added since my membership. The staff seem very on top of maintaining and replacing equipment; and even at peak times I’ve never had to wait very long for a piece of equipment . There are dozens of classes going on throughout the week, and Sofia runs the Milon programme which seems very popular. I’ve never personally taken a class but they take place either on the gym floor or in one of the studio rooms. Having observed some of the classes going on in the morning the PTs seem motivated and seem to respond well to the members and they leave looking absolutely knackered. There is a good size pool, again I don’t go there often but there are many classes and also three swimming lanes, I’m not sure if they’re designated swim times for young children or not . Staff: I can personally say that I have made great friends with many of the PTs, Kieran the fitness manager, Ben, Jess, Harry, Sofia are all lovely lovely people, extremely knowledgeable, and even if they’re occupied they always seem to make time for people with questions or people wanting advice. Even if they’re just walking the gym floor if they see that you are unsure or perhaps doing something that would risk injury, they’ll come and have a quiet chat. I’ll be moving away from the area, but I will make the drive back to this gym because it’s such a friendly and vibrant atmosphere. Price: As a full member depending on what promotion is on you can expect to pay between £45 and £55 if you go to the gym more than three times a week it’s best to become a full member rather than Pay As You Go as the monthly cost works out cheaper, I signed up doing a promotion so I didn’t have to pay a joining fee these promotions seem to run fairly often so always worth asking. Based on what the gym has, and the people who work here I would say this gym is very good value for money. And full members get free parking.”

The Runnymede Hospital
● Closed“I was seen by the consultant Mr. Agrawal on Wednesday because of unbearable pain due to Kidney Stone as shown by the CT Scan. I was operated on the next day. I am so glad I chose that option as the stone was breached and would prolong my agony. I am now pain free and back to normal. The care was excellent and very professional from outpatients to discharge! The staff was so warm and so caring. Extra care was given to me as a patient with round the clock checks until my discharge the following day. The food was excellent too. Highly recommended!”

activ8rehab
● Closed“Activ8 Rehab are absolutely outstanding and I wholeheartedly recommend them. I'll explain why...After an ankle fracture, I struggled to recover. I saw three local physiotherapists and saw no improvements. None of them questioned why I wasn't improving and were quite dismissive of me. I therefore decided to see Tom Williams and travelled 65 miles from my home. Tom listened to me and more importantly believed what I was telling him. Upon examination, he consequently identified an issue and referred me to an ankle specialist, writing an extremely detailed letter describing his observations. It transpired that my ankle was still fractured in several places with loose bony fragments and I had torn tendons. It required surgery and a long rehab which Tom guided me through. I truly believe that I'd still be struggling to walk now, had it not been for Tom and his exceptional team. Tom is knowledgeable and highly skilled. He communicated clearly and honestly, so I never had unrealistic expectations of what was achievable. His premises are modern, clean and he was always on time for my appointments. A true professional and the best physiotherapist I've ever worked with - I highly recommend.”
