“I joined this Dental Surgery just recently and had 3 appointments so far. They seem well organised: I received regular reminders of my appointments via text and phone, which was great. My only criticism is that l found difficult to contact them by phone as lines seem always busy. 100% satisfied with the treatments received by my lady dentist, a very competent, polite and gentle person who made me feel welcome from day one. Also she was very happy to answer to all my queries and l found this very reassuring and comforting.”

“Good practice from reception team to doctors. On reception a lady called Maureen never likes to book any appointments in so if you get through to her the call is basically a waste of you're time. Everyone else is lovely! Dr Patel is exceptionally amazing with my little one and she's always very very friendly.”

Jeff is always very professional, welcoming and provides an amazing cut whether it be with the clippers or scissors and always listens to what you are after( I've had fades & trims). “Once you know the system with uk drs surgery phoning at 8am or online booking and ordering prescription online which is a bit tricky at first, the Dr or clinician will always phone me and receptionist if any problems So I can't complain. Everywhere is harder now, coming out of covid so just have to get use to the change.”
