I've also asked Rebecca for product advice during lockdown and she has gone above and beyond my expectations on the service she has provided. The environment feels safe as they are taking all necessary precautions being in the midst of the covid-pandemic, keeping numbers low at any time and staff all wearing masks. The chap here (didn't catch his name) listened, took his time and fixed the issues I had, was really kind and explained what needed to be addressed. Clearly knew his stuff and was a skilled barber. “Kim's is a hidden gem in Worcester Park. I went there a few months ago for a full head of highlights and a cut. I usually go to another local hairdresser, but they were booked that day, so I took a punt and went to Kim's. I must say, I was so pleasantly surprised. Honestly, it was one of the best cut and highlight I've EVER had. Kim did my hair, and he was so meticulous. My highlights were perfect... close to the root and very natural looking. And the cut was even better... no blunt ends, with the right amount of layers and body. I have long blonde hair and can be very particular about my cut. Kim seemed to have the magic touch and everything was just right. Kim's is now my new local hairdresser and I would recommend him to anyone.”

“Amazing as always, I won't go anywhere else it's a 40 minute drive for me as I have moved out of Worcester Park, but so worth it. I have been going there for over 10 years and will continue too. If you want your nails done at a certain time I would book as it gets extremely busy, but bookings take presence over walk ins.”
