Upon examination, he consequently identified an issue and referred me to an ankle specialist, writing an extremely detailed letter describing his observations. It transpired that my ankle was still fractured in several places with loose bony fragments and I had torn tendons. It required surgery and a long rehab which Tom guided me through. I truly believe that I'd still be struggling to walk now, had it not been for Tom and his exceptional team. Tom is knowledgeable and highly skilled. He communicated clearly and honestly, so I never had unrealistic expectations of what was achievable. His premises are modern, clean and he was always on time for my appointments.
