“A great service at Heathrow Terminal 4 with William giving great customer service, very friendly. We had the all day breakfast which was cooked very well and had great portions.”
Rising Sun Brewers Fayre
“I came by myself to try and visit the place. As I entered, it was quiet, and there's two staff standing behind the bar. They acknowledged me by looking without verbally greeting me. I enjoyed my starters, which is soup of the day and prawn cocktail. I decided to have it in the bar, although it's the same menu in the restaurant. Soup is perfect, and the prawn cocktail is fresh and has a good presentation. I had my main course, which is sirloin medium rare.I created the sides, my way of eating healthy. Although, I noticed that they did not rest the meat that I ordered before plating it because there's blood on the plate. The service is average on the floor. No food checks, minutes after they served the food. They just come to collect the empty plates when you finish. Ordering food is by the bar, and you have to let them know the table number where you sit. I would suggest tasting the red wine you ordered before taking it to the table, as mine tasted like vinegar. Perhaps the bottle has opened for days. I guess they have to label the date they opened the bottle to let them know how long it's been displayed in the bar. The supervisor offered to replace my glass with another, which I enjoyed with my sirloin. I noticed that they were chatting with their guest by the bar and staying there without checking the floor, and as I said, they would come out on the floor when the customer finished their meal. The first thing I noticed when I sat on the table was their menus. It's sticky to the touch. Just imagine how many customers touched it, and their salt and pepper are not filled and dirty. I have to get it from another table. I also noticed that my side of the seat on table 40 is dirty. However, I noticed that they sanitised and wiped their table after use. The place is nice and cosy, and the music is just the right volume for a quiet shift. The place is very promising if only they have attention to details. The staff have the right attitude and will really please you. They have menu knowledge and can recommend something that's suitable for me and the things I requested. However, they just need to do some checks on customer satisfaction. I did not order my dessert because I am quite full. I just went to the bar and ordered cappuccino, but their coffee machine is already cleaned and switched off. I been offered a complimentary instant coffee instead.”
The Kenley Hotel

TGI Fridays - Romford
“Customer service is amazing. I've been there first time in my life yesterday, for a date with my girlfriend. The food was great, my waiter was very professional and nice. Garlic fries next to your stake will be the best choice ever made, trust me.”
Chi Street food
“Great food, went with the kids and they loved it! Fresh and yummy food with staff that are patient. Can't fault it, will definitely be back.”
Pub & Grill at Village
“For pub type food this was excellent. Friendly staff, served efficiently (bar coffee at the end). Four of us, drinks, mains and puddings £75 after 25% gym discount - great value. Good car parking as well. Loved the big screens and table football to keep our grandson occupied. Think my wife’s comment on the way home summed it up ‘would go there again!’.”
De Dandanus Restaurant
“Recommended for good quality Nigerian and continental food”
Urban Baristas
“Great coffee & super friendly! My go-to in the area if I need good coffee & the food's good too, can't go wrong.”
Beckenham Off Licence
“Wonderful service.. Fabulous wine... The best beer going... Top ratings..”
Joan Shoreditch
“We dined here for brunch and I have to say this place has been a nice surprise. Great value for money. I’ve been to other places that charge a lot for pancakes or french toast and did not live up to the hype. Joan’s did a great job. The only thing I would say is that the french toast was a bit dry. It would be great to have the option of adding syrup or honey, but apart from that great place to get a sweet dish. Oh and great vibes abs ambience.”
Tesco Cafe
“Great breakfast fresh and tasty and served very quickly. Lovely Charlotte was very efficient and professional”
Balti Lounge
“Tasty and good portion size. Great customer service too - we had a mixup on one item in our takeaway and a replacement was delivered within a short while with no fuss.”
LoLo Pizza
“Consistently good and fast, I collect a pizza here regularly and it’s always tasty! Best in the area - when it was closed for some holidays I went somewhere else the other place was ok but was nowhere near as good as Lolo’s”
Virginia Chicken & Ribs
“best bbq wings ive ever ,the burgers meals are always made fresh and hence taste delicious , pretty affordable too especially when everywhere else is expensive”
Honey Pot
“One of the best Chinese takeaways in the borough of Enfield. Always consistent with flavours and portions. Portions are bigger than others in Winchmore Hill and price is good. The place is family run and they deliver.”
Mi Casa Burritos
“It’s fast food, quick and convenient but what makes real difference for me is service: you can prepare the best food and serve it with a frawn or spice that burrito up with some care, attention and a smile. Thank you guys, for saving me from dying of hunger on numerous occasions on late nights and for walking that extra bit to make my dinner as nice as possible.”
Lotus Garden 金满楼
“The dim sum was amazing, the menu has both Chinese script and English, you are also given a menu with pictures that show you what each dish looks like, so you can put a name to a dish if you can't remember what you like. The service was excellent, quick and the staff were extremely friendly. The food was some of the tastiest dim sum I've ever had the pleasure to eat, I would easily call the food eaten here, one of the highlights of my trip.”
