“I recently ordered some lovely Christmas gifts from Happy Paws and Claws for all the dogs I walk and they went down a treat! I of course ordered a couple of extra bags for the family dogs too and they were definitely a big hit there too! I was really impressed with the selection of treats, food and chews available and love that they are natural and healthy - they clearly are very attentive to the health of puppies and dogs! “I had my cat reside at this lovely home from home cat hotel for the first time recently. I was apprehensive about how he might cope, never having been away before. I need not have worried. Sarah gives a wonderful caring service, and clearly loves looking after cats and thinks of it as a privilege! Max settled easily, and was slways so relaxed when I popped in. Regular updates were provided and great photos attached. It is obvious that the cats who stay at Dulverton get the 5 star treatment, and health and cleanliness are attended to. The cat hotel is very spotlessly clean, and warm and comfortable.... I would highly recommend this establishment for any cat.”

“We were lucky to have found such a luxurious and caring home for our Siberian cat while we were away for a month. We were worried about leaving our kitty for so long especially as it was his first time away from home but the moment we met Daisy and her beautiful cattery we knew he would be very well looked after. The suites are immaculately clean and full of all the creature comforts a kitty could dream of. Daisy played with him a few times every day and it was clear when we picked him up that he was very happy, really well fed and beautifully groomed. We also absolutely loved the frequent photo updates and picture postcards Daisy sent us - what a treat! We can’t recommend this place enough and this is definitely our go-to place if we ever need someone to look after our cat again.”

“This is an amazing cattery. My kitten stayed here for the first time in July and I was a little worried as he was only 4 months old however I did not need to as he was so very cared for and well looked after. The staff are very professional and operate a high standard of care for your pets as well as good customer service to their clients.”

“This was the first time I had used Now Boarding and certainly won't be the last. Both Kate and Geoff are very friendly and care about you and your pets. The fact that Kate is a trained veterinary was very beneficial. My bunny is a house rabbit and I knew she would be ok in their heated hotel, plenty of room in her hut with a potty too. They listen to your habits you have and keep them going while your bunny stays with them. I even loved that when I messaged to ask if she was ok they were very informative with their response which put my mind at ease that she was settled ok. Thanks again for looking after my baby.”

“We’ve been using Ace Dog Walking for years and I can’t recommend them highly enough - they care about the dogs so much - they are very experienced walkers and limit the number of dogs on each walk to a small group, unlike some other walkers to ensure they give each dog their full attention. Jen takes times to pair up doggies on each walks with their friends & my Labrador Ida absolutely loves going out with her pals. Jen is also amazing at late notice if I need something - she’s always there to help out. Her boarding service is great & she takes them out on lots of walks and gives them home from home comfort. Ace Dog Walking is the best dog walking team in London!”

“I cannot thank Nicola enough for everything she has done for myself and my hound Sherlock. Having used a dog walking service before, where he was ok, but never seemed overly impressed at being dropped there or collected, I now have the complete reverse and sometimes think he would rather stay with Nicola than come home! He bounds out to meet her in the mornings, and although happy to come home late afternoon, he still has time for licks and cuddles before she goes. Nicola really goes the extra mile, and I always have a tired happy pooch whenever she has had him, which has sometimes been impromptu where my diary has changed and she has helped at the last minute. I would happily recommend Premium Pet Care to anyone, and in fact, wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Thank you so much as you have made having a dog and job possible!”

“We cannot recommend dog in black highly enough, it’s almost impossible to leave a review that expresses how wonderful they are. Our pup goes on day care with them every week and has regular sleep overs and we know he is cared for wonderfully, he is never happier than when he is picked up! I also love that it’s not a traditional day care centre where the dogs spend a lot of time just in a room together which wouldn’t suit our dog. It’s all outdoor activities or one on one love. In addition the team are so caring and considerate with us, helping with last minute requests, accommodating us when we moved and supporting us and our dog when he had major surgery. You won’t regret sending your dog here!!”

“Been having Happy Paws walk my dog for a while now, he's always waiting by the door in the mornings for Nish to arrive. I've had issues walking my staffie as he loves to pull on the lead but Happy Paws have been able to handle him and take him regularly without any issues. Safe and trustworthy team, I would recommend them to others who need their dogs walked. He gets to meet other dogs and walk with them which is great for socialising with others.”

“Sophie has been looking after our 4 month old puppy for 6 weeks now and we are so happy! When Sophie first met our little guy it was for a consultation so they could meet eachother and make sure it was the right fit for both Sophie and us. Sophie took the time to learn what stage our puppy was at and was more than happy to accommodate our little one. When we first started walking our puppy he would take a few steps and then sit on the floor refusing to move. After a few walks with Sophie he was a changed dog and was excited to go out for a stroll and walks continuously. “My dog Amber has stayed with Shirley several times now and I never have any concerns about leaving her. It’s obvious that Shirley really loves dogs and takes excellent care of Amber whilst we are away - the regular updates of what she’s been up to are lovely (and sometimes very funny!) “Took our anxious cockapoo for a full groom as she was getting quite shaggy. The team were patient and careful with her and friendly to us. They did a great job of getting our dog clean and tidy. Their prices tend towards the high end, but it was well worth it, we knew the price going in, and there were no hidden extras. Would recommend highly. Sadly we are moving out of the area so we will have to find somewhere else in future.”

“We presented Russell with a slightly unusual challenge of helping us find a central London apartment for ourselves plus our two dogs, cat and our rescue African Pygmy Hedgehog! Within a short period of time Russell was able to find a suitable property and secure it for us in a very competitive rental market. “I hve taken my pup here 3 times + only trust Pet Stop to now groom my beautiful baby dog. My pet dog is petrified getting groomed + I know she really hates it. Only Pet Stop give my pet undivided attention + really took there time with her.When I picked her up, not only did she look beautiful my pet wasn't scared + looked very relaxed in a doggy kind of way+ I know I'd made the Right choice in taking my pet bk again + again!
