“I took my car in for a puncture repair, as the nearside rear tyre kept on going down and wouldn't hold air for more than a day at the most. The person I spoke to on the phone was polite and helpful, and I was told that I could bring my car in straightaway. I subsequently took the car down to the garage, where they removed a rather long screw from the tyre that I was told had gone in diagonally. I was half expecting them to tell me that it couldn't be repaired and that I'd need a replacement tyre but as it turned out they were able to repair the tyre and only charged me £20 for the job. Based on my own experience I would thoroughly recommend this garage.”

“I have used Autotec at least 3 times over the years, and each visit has been a positive experience. When I had a clutch failure, they sent a truck to collect my vehicle (from KT3), AND offered me a loan vehicle to keep me on the road while mine was being repaired. More recently when my clutch cable snapped, I dropped the vehicle with them at 3pm, and was very pleasantly surprised when they informed me it would be ready for collection the following morning. “Called Triangle when my Panasonic Plasma went pop between Christmas and New Year. It’s a 3D tv so I wanted it fixed if at all possible. Prompt response to pick it up and they loaned us a set whilst it was away for estimate/repair. £48 estimate fee and as the set is discontinued they needed to order individual parts. They came up trumps and charged less than they originally estimated for, so an excellent result all round. Very pleased, definitely recommend.”
