She and her staff are complete professionals and very knowledgeable. I have complete faith and when considering any changes I fully trust her advice and have never been disappointed. This is such a lovely salon and for me it is not just about having my hair done but also a lovely experience where I always come away feeling happy and relaxed. I also have to say that Emma is very passionate about her salon with a great work ethic and customer service ethos. I have never spent money on 'cut and colour' (I'm a tied back pony tail person!) but decided it was time to invest in a 'proper' colour/style consultation and it was so worth it. I was given an apt with Baek and I could not recommend him more highly. He translated my ramblings (!) and random photos into a new style and colour that I love.
