“I was seen by a junior stylist Lucy for a balayage and a cut and style. She worked on my hair relentlessly for 4hrs to correct mistakes made by a more senior hairdresser at a different salon. Even though at first I was a bit worried that the highlighted sections were not visible enough , I'm thrilled with the end effect. After inspecting it in the daylight, I can see it much better, it looks very beautiful, natural and precise. Thank you Lucy, you are a talented young lady!!”
