“The best hair salon experience I’ve had ever. Phebean was very tentative and talked me through the whole keratin straightening process, at every step told me what and why she was doing each thing. She gave me excellent tips on how to care for my hair at home and provided me with great products to help me along my hair journey. She was very gentle with my hair (and I’m very tender-headed) it didn’t feel like she’d touched it at all. I would highly recommend!”

“The VIP Room is a great expansion to fantastic service from Nabi. I’m ‘fussy’ with fine hair that’s challenging for many barbers. I’ve been coming to Nabi for over 6 years so naturally he’s invested the effort to know a bit about me, my family and what’s going on so it’s a friendly catchup. The move to offering a VIP room has made the experience even better, booked slot rather than drop-in, the room’s quiet, I’ve never felt the feeling Nabi was rushing my cut due to other customers waiting, but in the room there’s no distractions and no consciousness of other customers. Will be interesting to hear how Nabi progresses his next record attempt!”
