She gave me such good advice about my face shape, hair quality, what style would suit me, advised me about the right haircut that would suit my hair texture when it’s wet or dry. I actually felt like she listened to what I needed and didn’t just do what I tell her. Made me feel heard, this woman. Vicky was just so nice and sweet, and cut my hair perfectly. It feels so light and cute. This was my first hair cutting experience in the UK and I’m glad I chose Heaven Scent for it. I have never spent money on 'cut and colour' (I'm a tied back pony tail person!) but decided it was time to invest in a 'proper' colour/style consultation and it was so worth it. I was given an apt with Baek and I could not recommend him more highly. He translated my ramblings (!) and random photos into a new style and colour that I love. Pat quickly put me at ease and understood my hair. She listened to what I wanted and did what she said she would.
