Unlike some beauty therapists I have been to in the past, Hannah had me complete some client notes and then asked me some questions about the look I wanted, was this for a special occasion, had I had the treatment done before, did I know what to expect etc. It was so nice to be asked these questions so that Hannah could tailor my treatment especially for me rather than just providing me with a standard set of lashes.
