“Went for a haircut here today at the recommendation of a friend. Having what I perceive as difficult hair (thin and curly) I am always trepidacious going somewhere new, but I shouldn't have worried. Pat quickly put me at ease and understood my hair. She listened to what I wanted and did what she said she would.
