She continued to be responsive and helpful after I'd agreed and paid, which shows her dedication and humanity. I've never felt scammed, rushed, or misled and always had the impression of professionalism and genuine care. She's been crucial to the whole experience so appreciate that. The surgery itself was daunting but the friendly and informative staff put me at ease. The guidance and information around the aftercare is pretty comprehensive and easy to follow.
