“As a recent joiner, not sure which gym the negative reviews are referring to :) If it's Nuffield Health in Stockley Park you can't go wrong! Great facilities, big and airy and has everything you would expect and then some. I love the jacuzzi area. Really great experience!”

This is not just a climbing centre or a gym, it is a community, everyone that comes here is friendly and helps you out and giving you tips and techniques to help push you on any route you are struggling with. “We have been regularly hiring this hall for the past few years for various religious ceremonies, social get-togethers and family functions. On some occasions we book the hall one year in advance since the hall is so popular. We find the charges very reasonable when we compare them to similar facilities elsewhere. Matt is very helpful and cooperative in all circumstances. His staff are always on their best behaviour and never fail to try their best to help us in every possible way. This is why we regularly decide to return to this venue, and at the same time highly recommend it and Mr Matt, to our friends for any gathering, be it a social or family event. “I've tried many gyms locally to Hayes and I'd say this one is the best in terms of value and facilities. The gym is well equipped with a range of machines (some old and new) over two floors - bigger than the Energie one in Hayes. The swimming pool is a great bonus and is perfect for those hot days. Plus an on-site cafe and library. Very good value compared with other gyms locally. My go to!”
