He talked us through what was happening and why we needed a deeper gutter with more regular brackets (we'd had someone else come out who was much more vague). He explained how he would clean them up and the other work he would do; such checking the gutters and make a join with the neighbour’s roof. Once we accepted the quote, he said he would repair any problems with our roof before he started work. Jamie spoke to us each day explaining what he intended to do. He took pride in this workmanship; showing what he had done and explaining why. He was always ready to answer questions. He later replaced the flat roof over the porch. Jamie again made an excellent job, leaving the site clear of all rubbish We are very pleased with the high standard of his work.”
