We booked for a grooming for our puppy but she said because the puppy has a long travel a couple of days later and it involves some stress to her, it is better to postpone the job for another time after her travel. From their lovely new building, they are well placed to give each dog individual time and devotion as well as feedback to owners at pick up time! During the recent heatwave they’ve kept the dogs cool and safe and following minor injuries twice this year, they’ve given special care to my eldest dog and ensured he had only gentle exercise on lead. Most importantly I was updated every single day with their pictures and videos. This was so kind of her. My birds were very comfortable and relaxed at her place.
