“We took our Labradoodle, Pippa in after a quick phone consultation. We have use the same groomers in West Wickham and Beckingham since Pip was a puppy but due to a poor experience chose to try an alternative. We chose Trimdogs as so many local owners spoke so positively about their experiences. Obviously nervouse to use a new groomer but on meeting the staff I was instantly assured that Pip would be well cared for, they came across very friendly and down to earth. On further discussion it was clear that they were knowledgeable and experienced and caring - they don't harness the dogs during their cut and choose to let them 'just be' on the table. I thought this was bonkers and worried how Pip would behave but this approach clearly had a good effect. When we collected Pip she was happy, settled and equally please to see us (although clearly had bonded with her groomer and didnt know who she wanted to be petted by). The cut had surpassed out expectations, there really is a benefit to tring a different groomer - although I can see us sticking with Trimdogs for quite some time. Even if you have been with the same groomer for some time - give Trimdogs a try, even if its just to see the shop - its bonkers, they have a fake garden wall as a counter and a back garden gate for the gods to walk though - very nice attention to detale.”

He recently stayed with Tina over a 2 week period while we were on holiday and she made sure we received update pictures and videos, letting us know how he was doing. “Extremely PETS friendly people. I'm taking my newfie there regurally but once as I looked after my mates dog I took them both in. I've been refused the brush out on my mates poodle mix as I've been told (and showed, yes they've left a piece of fur for me to see) the dog is too matted and it's simply painful and they won't brush it, so either we're shaving or I can look for another salon to groom the dog in. So glad and thankful for that piece of education I've received and that I could share it with my friend too. To me her dog looked funny and weird (literally like a different dog lol), but she loved it :) and us? We were as always happy to be washed and brushed with lots of cuddles along the way. My newfie loves "his ladies" and is already booked in for a next visit x thank you guys for being there for us xxx”

Emmie parks outside our house and offers both a brilliant and efficient service. She is also fantastic with our dog and new puppy. The mobile pricing is really good and is easily booked.
