"I went there to get my regrowth tint. I was recommended a lighter color for my roots, i accepted as they are hairdressers and they should know more. I was offered that color by one of the top stylist and my hair was done again by another top stylist. My roots turned into an orangey, pink very bad color! I have some gray hair on my roots and they didn’t take this into consideration as grey hair will look lighter. I even can’t look at mirror. I asked for a refund but the owner didn’t accept. He offered me color correction but i didn’t want as i do not trust any of staff there now! They are all inexperienced and how can i risk my hair spoiled again! Then the manager offered me dispute resolution which i have to pay some extra fees. I didn’t accept. I do not recommend this hairdressers, they have very bad customer service as well! It is easy to put nice hair results on Instagram but they key is you have to be successful on every hair and customer! I will never ever use this place! I would give zero stars if i had a chance!!"

"Couldn't recommend Thea enough!! I've used a few hairdressers over the last 5/6 years but never found a hairdresser I wanted to go back to and always hated the outcome of my hair. I really can't recommend Thea enough from Roxbys! She really listens to your concerns and exactly what you want to do with your hair. I will not use any other hairdresser and only trust her with my hair. Her colouring skills are insane and I always leave the salon beaming as I'm so happy with her work. I've shown her pictures of hair I like and she always give her professional opinion whilst achieving the closest colour match possible. She recommends products and tools for your hair depending on what you're looking for but doesn't pressure you into purchasing any products and makes you feel comfortable about your choices. As well as this, she's such a lovely kind hearted girl and always makes me feel comfortable. She puts up with me messaging her every few weeks/months with new questions or queries I have with my hair and is always really helpful and patient with me. I always ask for Thea but all the staff in Roxby's are polite and make sure you're well looked after so even if you don't book in with Thea I'm sure you'll leave just as happy as I do."

"Disappointing first time experience at this salon, I had a haircut and finish. As the curly style dropped out I noticed my hair had been cut really unevenly, shorter on one side with longer pieces throughout. The salon offered for me to come back but I had already been elsewhere for it to be evened out. The stylist there was shocked at how bad the cut was. Some sections were cut so short my only option other than taking another inch of length off is to grow them out. Not what I expected from a salon with a good local reputation."

"I had a T-Section and cut and blow dry with Thea and I am So happy!! It is the best hair do I have ever had - I have had so many compliments. She really took her time to find out what I wanted and pointed me in the right direction. The wash I had was also amazing, with a nice massage. This will definitely be my new hairdressers and Thea my new hairdresser. Thank you so much!!"
