"I love this nail salon . The team are great however their appointment system and walk ins clash. Today I had an appointment at 10.30, was moved to 11 and then was only attended to at 11.45 - it’s simply not fair !!! There are walk ins all the time and they say come back in 30 minutes? But they have a full shop of 4 people waiting and two working. I would appreciate an improved timing system please."
