“Fast delivery, unfortunately our order was missing a naan. This was the first time I had used Simply Indian, the gentleman making the delivery, apologised a lot and took the takeaway back, returning in 5 mins with the complete order. He would not take payment!!! as the wrong order was their fault. I was astounded and quite frankly I felt a bit embarrassed by the affair. Will definately use them again, food was great.”

The delivery driver called the store and the person who answered, offered straight away to remake the pizza without any questions, and the deliver guy was back at my door in 10 mins. Everyone and anyone can make mistakes but it's how you deal with the mistake that counts. Top customer service and really looked after the customer on what must be a busy Saturday evening.
