"Try to avoid if you're ordering for delivery. We called the restaurant as we weren't able to place the order online for some reason. The man on the phone was rude and didn't seem to understand what we were saying. After a lot of explaining, we finally got through to him. We ordered our pizza and asked how long it would take. He said an hour and said it's very far from your address (it was less than a 10 min drive). The delivery driver called after an hour saying he couldn't find the property. We guided him to the property, asked him to press the buzzer and then he said no this pizza is not for you and drove off. We called him and he kept saying 'wrong address'. We called the restaurant as we were very confused at what had just happened. They said they would call the driver. After a lot of going back and forth with both the restaurant and the driver, we finally got our food after 1.5 hours. The driver didn't understand much English and said our address is not on the map, when it definitely is. The food wasn't hot when it arrived. Very poor service and will definitely not be returning."
"Very poor customer service. I ordered pizza with peri peri chicken but they made with different toppings with very less grated cheese. There is a new chef who did this mistake today and he did it once before. Instead of remaking the pizza, the manager was insisting me on taking the wrongly made pizza. How can he request me to take that? I paid for having pizza on my own choice, not their choice. But 2 months back, their service and food quality were good. Now it’s very disatisfactory."
