They were out of a wine I tried to order so they called to let me know and replaced with a bottle of something even better than I had originally ordered. These guys have been my lockdown saviours this year and they've done an outstanding job of pivoting from a restaurant to an online store. Love them!”

Also I want to give a special mention: I’m a fan of The Estate Dairy double cream but noticed they didn’t stock it for a while. I spoke to someone (maybe a manager?) and he mentioned he’ll be happy to stock it again. Today, I manage to purchase it :) hopefully more people will buy it so they can keep restocking.”
