“One of the best Majestic stores in central London with amazing variety and quality. The service is amazing. My only critic is that it will be nice if there is a little more variety in Whiskies. However, after the recent refurbishment is one of my favourite wine shops in London where you can find from the best-of-the-best to budget wines (great selection of gin and beers, poor one of whiskies). The team is quite knowledgeable.”

“Young man called ayan was extremely helpful and respectful. He helped my aged mother pack her shopping and also carried it out to the car for her. Amazing customer service even though the shop was super busy. We were very well looked after. The whole team is very welcoming and friendly, even though sometimes their facial expressions show they are under pressure. Never the less they always do their best to help. Car park is always busy and it can take forever to find parking but once inside the staff always try their best to help. Very good experiance and i always prefer it iver other super markets.”

“Be careful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never take a picture even if there is no a photo ban sign. You may ruin your mood for a whole day after hearing aggressive words and actions from the staff who has a bald head I don't know whether the food really won at the award, but their manners were so rubbish. I don't want to go again but they seem to be very angry inside because It's hard to make a living. so if you want to help them, please go and help :)”
