“Outstanding service . Popped in Monday morning to see if there was any chance of having my clutch replaced this side of Christmas. They were very busy but said they'd try to get it done if they had any cancellations. Phoned us with a quote for works needed , got on and ordered parts and we were hoping possibly getting back after weekend, however , called this afternoon (Tuesday) Our car was ready and was slighter cheaper than quoted because it didn't need any oil. So happy with their level of service and that they are so trustworthy. We always have our MOTs done here too and quite honestly wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“I had my clutch replaced by Mark and his team a few weeks ago. They had no issues with my clutch unlike Halfords who stopped the repair as they claimed the bolts were cross-threaded. The RBS team replaced my clutch within the time frame expected and for the expected cost, which was very reasonable. Since then, I have had no issues with my clutch and the bite is perfect. I was update this review periodically with the health of the clutch but so far so good. I will be using RBS for my yearly MOT Edit: 1 year later, clutch still going strong. Nice work RBS”

“This is by far the BEST place I have ever come across in the five years I have had my Smart car. So incredibly helpful, honest and so reasonably priced. After being completely ripped off by a local mechanic I am so grateful that I came across the Smart clinic. Not only did they do a very thorough job but they also went completely out of their way to drive my car back down to me. I live in South West London which is about an hours drive away and they came and dropped it off for me this evening. Could not recommend this place enough! The guy that owns it is so helpful and lovely, great all round.”

“I have purchased timber from Tarrants on a number of occasions, it's very close to where i live and very convenient for me to transport materials back home. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help you they always answer their phone and willing to assist you on stock levels, prices. and to give you information. They will cut materials to the sizes you want and offer a delivery service for a set price if needed. The prices are very competitive and cheaper than the the big stores. The timber they sell is good quality i've never had any problems. On a couple of occasions I've sent the misses there to pick up a few bits and they have always offered to help take the stuff to the car. I'm not sure but i think this is a family run business and you get treated that way with friendly knowledgeable staff. I recommend Tarrants to all. Thanks Tarrants,”

Would definitely go again. Their menu is confusing to understand but if you ask the staff, they are happy to explain and tell you what they have. Anna was fantastic, patiently explained my options, helpmed me make a plan, and meticulously cut my hair. I found Anna to be very knowledgeable and experienced and the Salon itself was light, airy, and spotless. If you are nervous about changing your stylist/barber as I was, just have a chat with Anna!
