“I order a bed from this company using a wowcher voucher. It was £179 including a mattress for a double and I cant fault it. It looks beautiful and was so easy to put together. I paid for economy shipping but it arrived with in 3 days and the delivery man was lovely he brought it into the house and even asked if he needed to take off his shoes. He was so helpful. The business itself called me twice to confirm delivery and once after to ensure I was happy with my order. The bed itself is so comfortable. As a single mum it rare I buy myself anything so this was a treat for me and I'm so grateful it worked out.”

“Pardeep initially fitted some wardrobes for me back in 2013/2014 which were incredible and I had no hesitation in calling for his expertise again. I worked closely with James to enable me to get the best out of my space to fit my needs, we then visited the beautiful showroom and Simran guided us through the materials and accessories. Our work started after 2 weeks and took 4/5 days to complete. Puneet & Anil we’re our fitters and I have to say they were very professional and courteous. During the fit I needed to make some changes and nothing was a problem. We are so thrilled with what we have had done and I would definitely recommend them. Thank you Pardeep and team!”

“This company is simply amazing. We had a really complex kitchen project and had been to six kitchen companies and their corresponding designers to get a design done (some cheaper, some significantly more expensive than Interior Design Concepts). Our impression was always the same: their input was limited and, as we learn about kitchen constraints, they always had mistakes in the design that if we hadn’t notice it would have been a disaster. With Lily (IDC designer) everything was different. She started asking for “hard constraints” (ie budget amongst other things) and unlike others who would push that in the end, Lily didn’t. She worked with that and spent enormous amounts of time looking at alternatives that would create a beautiful but full of functionality design whilst still keeping the constraints. But it didn’t finish there. When it came to installing the kitchen she followed everything from beginning to end. I lost count of how many times she came to the house to check. By the way, the installer she sent, Mario, was excellent too. At some point they even realised our builder had made two obvious mistakes with the electrics (something the builder rather than them should have known!). It was too late to correct them but she was the one who came up with alternatives that would anyway make the whole project work. Anyway, as a final word: Lily is amazing, we ended up with a beautiful kitchen (that was worth waiting for) and she took away from me enormous amounts of headaches. 10 out of 10”

“We sold our kitchen with used kitchen hun. It’s a professional service where they will tell you what type of photos to take, what to measure, and ask you the relevant questions for the advert. They then create the advert for you which looks much better than we would have come up with ourselves. Then they also field all the enquires about sales and arrange the removal date. Overall well worth the fee.”

“Called in the week to ask advice on an office chair for home. After chatting it through it with them, they suggested I pop in to test them out. Visited the shop on Saturday and the man who served me was super helpful. Great recommendation, friendly and even helped me to the car with my new office chair. I've noticed the difference in my back just after one day. Much better than buying online as you get to try them and the chair comes fully assembled. Would highly recommend and lovely to be able to support somewhere local.”

“Needed a particular kitchen utensil for a birthday present and yes I could buy it online but I wanted to be able to see the item and have a feel of it before I bought it. Thankfully The Kitchen Range had this item and didn't mind me coming in and having a play with it before I bought it. I was also able to ask questions about it and speak to someone face to face. It was also cheaper in the shop than online and probably better quality too! Thank you for your help today and I will keep supporting a small business rather than online because of that personal touch that you don't get with online retailers unless you buy handmade.”

Scott was superb in helping us and the finished effect in our new presentation area of the Raycross Interiors showroom is absolutely superb. “I'm really impressed. The table is really top quality and every bit as good as what the adverts show. The glass table top is nice, smooth motor controls, sturdy, all the electronics work well. The drawer has a nice soft close, and inside soft cushioning. The wireless mobile charging works fine - it's not fast charging (but not advertised as so) but works completely fine, just like my other wireless chargers. I've not tried the USB ports yet. I couldn't find a better competitor out there that does anything like this table. For home working it is great.”

I am very indecisive but Guy was patient and gave us lots of mattress options to try. I decided against a bed I thought I wanted and wasn't made to feel guilty/pressured into buying which so many sales representatives try to do these days. Made me want to spend my money there.
