“The pictures really don't do it justice. I thought I had had "good Italian food" before but this is a different league. "Pineapple juice" never looked this glorious before, very fresh. That octopus! Wow, great texture, a satisfying bite but not at all rubbery, somehow with an almost charred flavour. Then that mash, with flavours something like garlic? Apple? I don't know and I'm not sure I want to know how the magic is done. Why spoil enjoyable mysteries? The risotto main is stunning, what a showpiece, also delicious. Took my time to enjoy it both visually and to dig out and eat the meats. All the flavours balanced. So light tasting, but so filling. (I am a little bit in love with that fish plate). ...but for desert somehow my stomach found space. Pear and ricotta cheesecake, maybe some subtle spice in there? Again wonderful textures, melting but also with an enjoyable chew. Lemoncello, made by them, gorgeous smell, clean refreshing taste. No sugary syrup. Very pleasantly surprised. I could never cook this good and I wouldn't dare try. My words don't do it justice either. I could go on. Best to just come back here. ASAP. Definitely, the best meal I have ever had. I have lived in Tooting for 20 years and this is by far my favourite curry house and it's in Steatham! The Lamb karahi is the best I've had (excluding my Pakistani grandmother's) and the chicken wings are sensational. Just go here and thank me later!”

“My dog slipped his disc and was in a very bad state, the vets were quoting £2000 for an MRI scan to see if they could do a £6000 operation… I found zoomadog online and saw their back brace whilst we were giving him medication and waiting for his review from the vets,the back brace saved him, it worked wonders, he can now run about again after only 2 days of having it on, it supports his back and prevents him flexing the way that causes damage! Amazing! He can also sleep in it comfortably too! Definitely worth the money!”

“Nice family run pub in the heart of Staines. Lovely chilled atmosphere perfect for families. Food selection is good and reasonable price for higher end pub food. Children's menu available also. Service from staff was very good and food was well presented hot and cooked to a high standard. Sitting area outside when weather nice enough. Limited road parking but within 5 mins work of Staines town centre and car parks.”

“Went there for Parkinson Users - Group Xmas Meal. I think it's part of the Pub. It doesn't look that big. But did manage to seat about 40 of us, quite spaciously. Bar nearby. Clean toilets. I would recommend - to hold events there. Friendly staff. Only little negative point is - the food was of small proportions? Thanks.”
