Cash only at the mo, but the owner said once it gets busy he will start accepting card. Very friendly owner. Let's hope the standard stays as high as it is at the moment. Will be back.”

“I am still wondering how is possible that komakai can deliver such an outstanding quality being a take away sushi business. Yes, you read correctly. We all know that sushi is not cheap. We also know that it is pretty hard to find a trustable sushi bar/restaurant. In London or where ever... I know about fish quality because my parents are fishmongers in Barcelona (enough said). And when you think your found one pretty acceptable then the bill arrives to the table and the price do not match with the quality delivered. That has been my main surprise with komakai. If you had this sushi served in a restaurant, the bill will be over £200 for 2 people’s dinner. Yes, £200! Please don’t take my advice for granted. Give it a go and you will be as pleasantly surprised as me. If you are lucky enough to live in south east London (or making a big enough order and further delivery can be considered) try Komakai. “Me and my friend have been here almost every day for the last couple of weeks for lunch. The food is amazing and fresh. The service and staff are lovely. We are planning to go again next Tuesday and bring some more people with us. If you are vegan they have the Tofu & Avocado banh mi which is really good. Everything we have tried has been good and that's almost the whole menu. Would highly recommend.”

“I eat out every day. So I know quality over quantity. This little Italian restaurant always delivers high quality food and an experience. Only criticism I would have never known it’s there. I literally went in there by accident to try something new and I loved the food so much I haven’t stopped going back. I’ve eaten at this place for a good few years now. I’m really surprised it’s not full to capacity every single day. It’s a small family owned Italian with delicious food and the service is 10/10.”

“Best Indian I’ve ever had. No doubt. Very friendly staff and excellent service. They have at least 8 chefs in the kitchen and 6-7 staff waiting tables, so it’s very well run restaurant. I’ll definitely be coming again. Delicious - Balti Jalfreezi, Lamb Kattamita, Lamb Roygan Josh, Onion Bhaji. Some minor adjustments/personal criticisms - Bombay potatoes could do with some more spice and flavour, more coconut with the pashwaari naan, more attention given to size of onions in the balti and the freshness of those onions (some had hard texture)”

“Today I visited Honeydale tea rooms ! I was blown away with the impeccable service by a young man named Lucas & a young lady Liberty ! They were so helpful , we were a very demanding table of lady’s that lunch and not once did their enthusiasm fade. They made us very welcome & we’re so helpful and polite . “I have tried quite a few different Chinese takeaways but this is the best one I have ever had in my life. My go to order is chicken chow mein, chips and curry sauce. It is amazing. I don’t know how the fen make their chips so perfect but they really do! I cannot recommend this place enough!!!”
