I was pleasantly welcomed by Valerie who continued to charm me throughout the service she delivered with her care, concern and humour. It is nice to see workers of an older generation still given the chance of employment and you could tell Valerie enjoys her job including interacting with customers. I needed some of the products to be expedited due to some health issues and email them as I did chose standard delivery at purchase point. They promptly replied back to my email and did the delivery next day at no additional cost. The products were delivered on time and their products are always well packaged. “This is a relatively large Lidl with a lot of excellent produce. The quality of their meat, especially the more expensive matured steaks, is excellent. One of the best things about coming here is that they make fresh bread and pastries throughout the day. Time your visit and you have a choice of the most delicious hot bread or pastries; continental style. The fruit and vegetables are fresh here. This Lidl also has special offers on items which vary from things like clothes, gadgets, tools, household items etc on Sundays and Thursdays. Best of all, the prices are cheap and the place does not break the bank. They now accept credit cards, except American Express. Finally, parking spaces are a big premium here. The car park, unfortunately, is always pretty full and this may put off some visitors.”

My grandfather passed away during lockdown in April and Michelle's service to provide the flowers at such a difficult time was amazing. I understand that there was a shortage of supplies and no contact deliveries which made everything harder. However, the service I received was marvellous and the flowers were beautiful. “Staff are amazing. Lovely and very welcoming. That young indian boy is very generous and kind as well as the blond lady. They give me enough time to pack my laptop and other things away as they remind everyone 20min before that they are closing. Coffee is amazing too better than any other costa i have been to. Also left a £2 tip for the 2 that were working. If you see this keep up the good work!!”
