They have all been very accommodating of my inability to speak a lot of the time which has kind of made this place a bit of a safe space for me compared to other places. The food is also very good, I recommend the chocolate twist and the breakfast baps. The hot chocolate and berry infusion is also excellent.”

“Went there to try the caramel speciality which is vanilla sauce, caramel sauce latte. Was really tasty and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Very clean place and a lovely christmas vibe. Nice and warm inside with comfy seating. However the only one point I would like to add is, from observation I could see they are slightly under staffed and the wait time is roughly 10 minutes for a drink.”

Food was delicious as was the passion juice. The desert surprise was absolutely amazing! All in all, a great place and we will be back!”

“Had a problem with a Honda lawnmower which I'd bought a few months earlier (surging when warm). Initially was told may or may not be warranty, but I sent an email explaining the issue and had a call back within 30 mins from Paul. Dropped the mower off on a Tuesday - was told by another member of staff it "may be a few weeks", but received a call the next day from Paul to say all was fixed and mower was ready to pick up (it was a faulty gasket fitted by the factory). Shame about poor Honda quality control, but thumbs up to Ernest Doe for solving the problem quickly.”

“Been using this supermarket for years now. Easy access to parking from two roads so you're never really stuck getting in or out of it. Generally good range of products but if you're looking for clothing or Toys, I would say drive to Sainsbury in Cobham as this one doesn't have a huge range. Overall it's a very handy place on the way to/from work or can stop by after school run. While can always grab a coffee opposite or even visit the library should you wish. The parking is free for upto 2 hours (I think) if you spend £10 or more.”

“All the basic necessities under £1 or very low price, for home bathroom items, kitchen and small garden items. Basic handyman items. For children toys and writing equipment. Some food like dry breakfast and drinks sold here too. The price you don't resist.”
