“So many times I’ve driven past this little place, also thought about stopping and give it ago. I finally did, yes I only got a drink and skinny chips. But I wasn’t disappointed. “One member of staff made it so much better... I've decided to write probably first review in my life. It's all about convenience. These kind of small local shops are more expensive and more expensive to run. People don't spend that much in these. Big money they leave in big shops, but if something is missing, we all go to local, most knowing that experience will be quite bad or so so, and it was. Till they employed ginger haired guy (sorry- I don't remember his name). Long ginger hair. He has made it so much better. Quick, nice, professional, unlike chatty members of staff and what is most important really helpful and informative. He has remembered I just to buy old holdborn original, that was not available for some period of time in this shop. Had yellow holborn that I dislike. During my last shopping, at the checkout I was told that the one I smoke is now available. I know, it's a tiny thing, but these tiny things make our experience in local shops so much better. Now I feel, like it is my local shop to go. Thank you.”

“A nice small traditional styled Japanese restaurant. Food is excellent quality. Sushi and Sashimi are always a good way to see if a restaurant uses fresh ingredients and their sushi and sashimi are excellent. It is small, so not many tables, so it is probably worth booking as it can get busy.”

“This beautiful little cafe on the river also does day boat hire is in the perfect location. The breakfast rolls coffee and froze are lovely as are the brownies! We hired a day boat for two hours to celebrate our dads birthday we also had three dogs! It made his birthday the hand over and instructions on how to handle the boat and the rules of the river were really good. I highly recommend both the cafe and the day boat hire. Thank you”
