Pata Negra is Putney's newest Tapas restaurant that serves great food and has a late night bar underneath for dancing. Pop in and say hi to Pepe and Putney Tapas - wish I could leave more than 1 review for Pata Negra as it's always good when I visit, food is delicious and menu always changes based on the ingredients available. Try it, you'll love it ;) still great food every time.”

“What a fantastic little pub. A short walk from East Putney tube station, it's a sprawling pub over 3 levels with a beer garden out the back. The staff were wonderful: very friendly, cheerful and helpful and happy to chat. The pub was very clean and tidy with lots of seating Including some very comfortable looking sofas. And if you're interested, they show the six nations rugby. I know I don't mention food very much, but the beef brisket nuggets with caper mayo was absolutely brilliant. The Guinness was excellent as was the Wimbledon Brewery's Copper Leaf. I usually take pics of the ales/bitters on offer to indicate their availability, but I forgot to do that have - they sell ales/bitters.”

I’m a pub manager by trade so am enormously fussy about how clean the beer lines are, this pub is spot on. The staff only make it better. Thank you Jake for an enjoyable afternoon! “Good shopping stop, average sushi + ramen, healthy options. Spacious restaurant area. We like the lively atmosphere - a great place to hang out and get a quick bite to eat. Also family friendly. Kids love this place. Their finger food selection – chicken and spring onion gyozas, veggie dragon rolls and bao buns are a big hit with my friends kids. Excellent location right in the centre of the Richmond shopping circuit. Not too far from the railway station. We tried their salmon and avo rolls. Added a sesame chicken salad and my lunch companion had their gyoza miso soup and hoisin duck bao buns. No complaints there. Friendly and helpful staff.”

“We got married on the 02 September and couldn't recommend The Duke's Head more as a venue! The night before my wedding, when I was dropping off the decorations and the cake..etc. I met with Dorian and he was just fantastic. He was patient and took the time to listen to me and what I needed. He made me feel comfortable and reassured me that everything would be done and ready for the following day, which is priceless when you're at your most stressed. The only thing that The Dukes Head could have done better would have been if Dorian had been our point of contact through out the lead up as his one night outshone any other communication prior. The night of our wedding was a blast, the entire team were just amazing! Quinton, the manager, was on top of everything and made our evening one to remember. The staff were very attentive and remained friendly and willing to help all evening. They ensured that we always had a drink and were prompt with the food, which was very tasty! The highlight of their amazing service was the communication with myself and my wife. They checked times with us and were flexible if anything changed, such as speeches. The turn around from the sit down to dance floor was very quick, which was then followed by a fantastic evening buffet! The Coxwain room is so beautifully decorated it really didn't need much more, however with the original decor, everything we added and the extraordinary view out the windows both us and our guests were blown away.”
