Tokoton ramen
“Lovely and cosy ramen restaurant. Excelente atmosphere and decoration an the service is super. Definitely one of the best places to try ramen. Myself I have the classic miso rampen and sone dumplings ( the cabbage and the coliflower one were great) and the plum wine was very good too. Thanks I we will definitely come back!”
Eat Beirut
“Eat Beirut is a taste sensation. The food is as fresh as it can be, full of flavour and super delicious. I had the chicken shish, Eat Beirut salad and a fresh carrot juice. The entire meal exceeded the expectations of my tastebuds. The staff are friendly, attentive and very proactive. I will be back next week. I highly recommend!”
Kookoobutkind Cafe
“The new gem of Hillingdon! KooKoo has the best menu, huge range of tasty snacks and lots of drinks options all at reasonable prices. Finally had a chance to pop in today and really enjoyed my granola bowl and cappuccino! Thankyou for the great service, so amazing to see this family run business doing well! Keep it up and see you guys soon :)”
Hive Cafe
“Great hidden gem to the area, Becky and team are great! Little dangerous as we live next door but in a good way. Great coffee and we often enjoy lunch there. Dog friendly (they love them!)”
Caffè Ritazza Express
“Great place and very tasty coffee, I especially want to thank Vikram for his amazing customer service.”
Theatre of Wine
“The theatre is maybe the best thing about London. Amazing selection of curated wines arranged by price and variaty, and lots of selection that are priced ”
ExpertoItaly
“We have just returned from a holiday in Sorrento and Ischia, organised by Antonio/ExpertoItaly. We went away to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary, so although we have spent many family vacations in and around Sorrento and know the area very well, we sought Antonio’s help to arrange something really special. He succeeded! Antonio listened carefully to our objectives, carefully steered us away from ideas that wouldn’t have worked and suggested things that we would not have thought of ourselves - from attending a wonderfully entertaining Three Tenors concert in Sorrento to staying at the enchanting Botania Relais & Spa on Ischia. He was always readily available before and during the holiday to discuss and adjust details. For example, when we decided - at late notice - to spend the final day of the holiday in Naples, en route from Ischia to the airport, Antonio arranged for us to leave our luggage in storage at a hotel there while we explored the city. Congratulazioni, Antonio - hai colpito la palla fuori dal parco!”
DALPASH BAKERY & BBQ HOUSE
“If you are around west London , then you gotta definitely try this place you won’t be disappointed! Fresh bakery ( Manaesh ) !”
ICHIRIKI SUSHI HOUSE
“Fantastic little sushi place - so tasty and really well priced! Everything was super fresh, authentic and the taste was top notch. Generous portions, lovely staff, menu easy to follow and order from. The restaurant itself is tiny so reservations are recommended. I tried the twmpura prawn sushi roll and we ordered another portion, it was that good. Nigiri selection was a fun way of trying a variety of fish, and (surprisingly) the pumpkin croquettes were the best I've had in my life (wouldn't have expected that from a humble pumpkin!). Overall a fantastic experience. A tiny let down was the dessert, Japanese cake with red bean paste. It was just a pre-packaged pancake from a powder with bean paste served cold. Definitely did not enjoy that, but the place is known for its sushi not its desserts! The sushi is 10/10, just go elsewhere for dessert.”
Falafel
“I just had lunch here. Absolutely amazing - best falafel ever! So much taste and the home made chilli sauce is delicious.”
The Chelsea Corner
“This little restaurant has always welcomed us no matter the size of our orders! Whether we came for lunch, alone, or with friends and family or just for coffee, it was always worth it! The food is fantastic and staff is always friendly. The place has a community feel to it where diners are happy to engage in friendly conversations or swap football news. On this occasion we savoured a superb banoffee pie accompanied by an exquisite cappucino which made our day better. Until next time...”
Medlar
“I booked Medlar for wife's birthday, I saw the reviews were decent and I thought I give it ago myself. I like the menu was just a set price. Either opting for the 2 course or 3 course menu. As it was a celebration we opted for the 3 course menu. The menu looked great with a nice selection of options. My wife went for the crab ravioli to start and I chose the tuna option. Both were really tasty, the tuna was fresh and light with a lovely Asian dressing. We ordered the rioja red wine which was lovely. Its nice you can bring your own wine and pay the corkage fee. They brought us lovely bread through out courses which was a nice touch. My wife had the beef for mains and I went for the monkfish. Both were beautiful cooked and delicious. For dessert I had the chocolate moose and my wife had the creme brulee. If was a lovely finish to the meal. We enjoyed the food it felt quite high end and seemed decent value. As it was my wife's birthday they surprised her with a sorbet with a candle in it and some complimentary marshmallows and chocolate truffles.”
Carpe Diem
“Welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and generous portions, together with delicious food and affordable prices, make this place a winning combination. We absolutely loved it!”
Hakuna Matata
“Wow. Another little gem in whetstone. The brunch was amazing. Wide range for us meat eaters to vegans! Our waitress was lovely, and the owner was so very hospitable. Welcoming and had time for us all! We had little children with us as well and their little pancakes were amazing! Cannot wait to return.”
Bisha Eritrean Restaurant
“I discovered this place by coincidence for the simple fact that I recently moved to the area. It's difficult to describe with words how much I love it. Everything is beyond perfection and make this one of the best restaurants in London if you want atmosphere, great food and great service ... all at a very reasonable price. I haven't tried all dishes yet but so far I was blown away by the Bamia (OKRA) and the Awaze Tibsi. I'm really fascinated by the vernacular decor of the place, which really makes you feel like you just stepped in Eritrea. The background songs are all beautiful (it made me discover the artist Abrar Osman!). And, nevertheless, the people are so welcoming and make you really feel at home, both the restaurateurs and the loyal clients. A special mention to Jordanos for introducing me to the dishes and for generally being nice and chatty. Couldn't recommend it more!”
Uskudar Kings Arms
“Been to a lot of Turkish restaurants and this was the best. The lamb shish was the most tender I’ve had.”
Dedem Restaurant
“The food was delicious and generous portions. The staff was lovely ☺️Nice atmosphere ✌️”
Lakehouse Hungarian Restaurant
“I and my Portuguese friend visited the Lakehouse this lovely sunny Sunday. We were so amazed by the homemade chicken pate and goualsh and chicken soup were also very yummy. We recommend that ask some bread for goulash soup. They served the soups in rustic bowls. The mains are very fullfilling and big portions. Always go for parsley potatoes instead of chips! It is worth a lot. And the desserts? Mmmm you have a few choices. Hungarian crepes, Hungarian trifle, chestnut puree with fruits and whipping cream. For drink: I tasted their lemonade. I really loved it. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful, cosy and handmade decorated. If you can, and have had experience within just share it with your friends and family.”
Sami's Kitchen
“This place is so underestimated! An absolute gem of Leytonstone. From the outside, you might just walk past but once you’re inside you are instantly impressed with wonderful friendly service, outstanding food and delicious wine. The chef here is brilliant! Every single dish we had was absolutely delicious. Our party of four shared the prawn and saffron risotto, Mediterranean sea bass, sticky steak salad and prawn in white wine sauce and we were absolutely bowled over by how delicious they were! Highly recommended”
Hayat Turkish restaurant
“Wonderful service, excellent quality food and a fab atmosphere. Great place for all ages.... starters are so good and the mixed grill platter is always a hit with the whole family.”
7 Saints
“We went on a Saturday night for dinner (couple). The vibe was great, very local, relaxed and cosy. The restaurant is small (20 seater) with a very warm atmosphere. The food was delicious (desert too) and the service great. Cocktails seemed nice but we didn't get any. It seemed that all the tables around us were having fun - if you want a place for a nice, relaxed dinner with great quality food this is a place that you have to go.”
supperclub.tube - Dining on a Tube Train
“This was such a lovely experience. The Latin American cuisine was lovely and everyone from the chef to the waiting staff were on point with their customer service. I took my friend here for her 40th birthday. I highly recommend as something different to do in London. There were so many courses of taster items to try and it is filling. This photo is the first course that we had. Corn feast Red corn arepa, white corn salsa, corn truffle, crispy baby corn, sweetcorn and rum purée”
corrochio's
“A lovely small authentic Mexican restaurant and cocktail bar hidden down some stairs in the north end of Dalston. They have a small number of dishes, including tacos, enchiladas, huarache, huevos rancheros etc. that they do extremely well. They also do excellent cocktails including margaritas of course, as well as a large range of tequila, mezcal and sotol. A great place to bring your kids for lunch and friends for drinks later in the day! Main dishes are about £11 as are the cocktails so not super expensive either. Well worth a visit.”
MXO
“AMENDED Shoutout to the staff who work at MXO! They went above and beyond for my dining experience with my cousin. Apologies in not remembering your names, when they were fresh in my mind. However, the food was TOP NOTCH, as also the cocktail drinks too. The only suggestion I will have to make is your 24 Hour Poussin. I don’t know if mine was 24 hours ready or not? The marination didn’t penetrate the white meat. I look forward to trying your Seabass main, as you was sold out of it at the time. Thank you so much for the conversation, service and complimentary drinks. Will be visiting again. Viva La MXO!!!!”
King of Falafel
“Delicious falafel and halloumi wraps, lovely staff who always put a smile on your face after a long day at work - 10/10”
2 Love Tea and Coffee House
“Best coffee I ever had ! Ordered an almond flat white it was delicious, thank you so much!! :) Great costumer service.”
Cafe Corso
“It's a little hidden gem in Wood Green. Many would expect to have their coffee on a main road, right? Because this is just how cafes in England are. But I 've searching for a quite and cozy place where I can enjoy my morning coffee and O finally found it at Corso. It's uniqueness and artisan style are just one of the many things that make it stand out. The friendly smile of the staff and the outstanding cleaness of the place rates at 5.”
Sem's Cafe
“OMG, if you like your cafés to be cheerful & traditional, this is the place. Proper cafe grub, lovely red padded seats in cosy booths, staff who make you feel like a prince (and nice clean loos, btw). I was in & out but really, this is the sort of place you meet up with people and hammer out issues over a fry-up & endless mugs of tea.”
Café De Melo
“Very decent cafe. Best one in London I’ve been to. Great, well priced food and sound staff. Sorted us out”
