“Nice a local Budgens store, with everything you need, including a new Costa coffee self service machine (£2.40 medium, £2.70 large) coffee latte. The rest products is obviously slightly overpriced, taking the point this is a local village store, with an organic milk being £1.60 for a 2 pint, and 4 pint non organic milk for £2.49 (comparing Ocado is £1.89 for 4 pint organic milk) Nice staff, including non English lady, which is looks very unusual for this area, however highly appreciated.”

“My 2 year old lab is a regular boarder at Woodlands at least 3-4 times a year all in verying degrees of length. She recognises the staff and location as soon as we approach and the tail starts wagging. I can go away with no worries knowing she is well looked after in a safe and secure envirnoment and comes home smelling wonderful after her bath. Thank you woodlands for all you do.”

I found out that an employee by the name of Sainsbury is currently working in a tescos, he was however a friendly chap with a flare for the broomwork, he served me up a toasty flat white (which was actually a 3 dimensional object HAHAHAHAHAH) such fun such fun, further more I was delighted to discover that Costa now serves coffee aswell as a myriad of edible items. Big ups the arabica bean aswell, he was a delight, and also shout out to the old paradise mix.”

“Absolutely lovely. Small beautiful old hotel. Grounds kept well. Whole place maintained well. Staff attentive. Good choice of food for breakfast. Evening dining..food was tasty full plate. Bar area relaxing. Bedroom clean. Plenty of toiletries shower cap etc. Soundproof room and the bed is comfy not like a brick! Would definitely stay again.”

Plenty of seating & reasonable layout of different size tables & chair arrangements, for individual, pairs or groups. Enough space between to pass by. Friendly & efficient staff. More than met my needs for grabbing a quick takeaway coffee while shopping, but if more time allows next time, would happily stay/sit inside for a break.”
