Thanks Natural Bean for bringing good coffee to the outer reaches of London. Also the whole team are amazing, store decor is best in class and you realistically couldn't ask for a better local coffee shop.”

“Vast range of different meats /pickled and jar food / fresh vegetables brought weekly / sweet and sour snacks. Everything you need to make you feel as if you are in Bulgaria. The staff are really helpful and friendly. The cheese, yogurt and frozen meats are from their own factory shop in Bulgaria. I can honestly say they are the highest quality of food I ve had .”

“Quick and easy process when you use their click and collect system. Its one of my easier shops. Staff are always on top of things. Store is clean but the layout is slightly confusing as to where to queue...but social distancing markers were clear. Service is quick with click n collect.”

“That shop is always open for customers, 24/7. Here you can find a really everything, food, drinks, food for dogs and cats, here is a butcher as well, full service all time. Meat is halal if someone need. Frozen stuff available, always veg and fruits big offer. You can get here as well pans, and lots of things to kitchen, glass for tea and plastic boxes, and anything you need. Off license til midnight. And really nice thing is customer service. Always smile and professional. Definitely I do recommend that place for shopping. Small and big one. Can you believe ferrero rocher lovers that they offer a chocolate classic, white, sometimes dark ? “Our local Beaver colony had a fantastic evening at Pets at Home Romford. Our host Terry was very informative and incredibly patient answering all of the children’s questions (and there were a lot of questions). The children were able to hold a Guinea pig and Terry made them feel comfortable whilst doing so. We all had a brilliant evening. Thank you Terry.”

“I love a iceland why because you never no what you may find from cathedral citie bakes to Greggs you can do at home from amazing frozen food a good array of fresh produce and derserts especially at Christmas the place to go staff very freindly and helpful at this iceland and this one is huge and lots of product choices clean tidy and modern the new freezers add to the modern sharp look”

I had an express order supposed to come between 1 and 2pm which showed as delivered and hadn’t actually came and I was worried about my children’s dinner being on the plate. “Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and very clean unfortunately, there was no breakfast cook so only continental breakfast was available however, the pub next door served full English buffet breakfast which was excellent. All amenities were available I.e hairdryer, iron etc. Would stay again”
