“I love this shop. Staff are generally friendly, it is literally open 24/7 even Christmas Day. The prices are not extortionate either, they're pretty fair. Great ranges of different food. Really convenient location for me. The fruit and veg are lovely. If you go early, the fresh bread with cheese in is amazing. Has a butchers too. Highly recommend. Also covid friendly as far as clear barrier up at the tills. Only negative is sometimes people don't wear masks to shop but that is the only thing.”

“I am very happy to be able to order kosher food! My local Sainsbury’s has a very very small selection of kosher supplies (no meat) and Ocado has a few meat options, but not too much. Sabeny brings a whole range of kosher products directly to the door with minimum fuss! The only issues I’ve had are not with Sabeny themselves but DPD, the more fragile food items like yogurts sometimes arrive damaged, but Sabeny are quick to refund them when this happens, even though I don’t even want them to refund them because it wasn’t their fault, I just hope that DPD receive enough complaints that this stops happening. Baruch HaShem for Sabeny! I highly recommend them!”

“Micah has just come home from being groomed at Bazil & Ruby. She looks gorgeous, one of the nicest cuts she's ever had and seemed happy in the store when I went to pick her up. Not surprising as it's always a warm and friendly environment when we pop in there on our walks. Thank you, we all booked in for the next one.”

Selection of tropical fish, amphibians and reptiles as well as beautiful Marines and coral (various types from large to frags). Marine & tropical tanks, food (live, frozen & flakes) and accessories. Convenient parking on their drive. Was an hour drive but I think it was worth it.”

We recently held a charity event for the British Heart Foundation and they generously donated a box full of lovely fluffy dhoklas. I love their service and food too. Highly recommend them. “Great shop - as well as a whole range of Eastern European delicacies such as a huge range of salamis and meats, canned beers etc they sell Lithuanian draught beers! - dispensed into 1L or 2L plastic bottles which you then take away. I've never seen the like of this in the UK, but apparently it's common practice in Lithuania. And having tasted one selection I can strongly recommend it. £3.20 for 1L so dearer than tinnies but cheaper than a pint in a pub!”

“We went on a Tuesday evening and it was like stepping into a pub from a Bill Bryson book. There was even an Irish band rehearsing songs on the fiddle. We weren't able to sample the food as the kitchen was closed, and although you can order Yard Sale Pizza there the barmen let us go and grab some chips from the chippy up the road. Wish more pubs were that chilled. Highly recommend a visit, the garden outside looked amazing too and would be perfect for a drink in any weather as it's covered...”
