“Having a little shop in Chelsea means we get to be right next too, and to sometimes try a few exclusive or fancier restaurants which of course is lovely, but too indicate just how good this place is we both hands down prefer coming to Shemuls on the night before we go away on holiday or at the end of a busy month. Their food is unbelievably delicious and the simple stripped back decor means you get to focus most on what you came for - beautiful food and a nice chilled conversation. 100% the Goan fish curry for the win, it’s so good”

“Celebrated my dads 70th birthday here. The food was on point, hot, flavoursome and very tasty. The portion sizes are generous and the service is also very good. I will be returning in the future and would definitely recommend to others. Special mention to he lollipop chicken which is delicious!”

“Excellent quality burgers in Northwood Hills. Although the seating area is limited, turnover is quick so you'll get a seat in about 20mins or so. The service here is good with very friendly & smiling staff. The Burgers - well, you definitely have to try it yourself and you won't be disappointed. The meat burgers are full of flavour and well cooked with good condiments, and each burger meal comes with a healthy portion of fries. The chicken burgers are also well good (and moist on the inside) which make them perfect for the chicken lovers. Keep up the great work and we'll definitely be visiting your restaurant much more often now.”

We were greeted warmly upon our arrival, all COVID protocols were followed with due diligence, the staffs were attentive & friendly and the food was heavenly. The very first bite took me straight to the streets of Bangkok, the food is authentically Thai - a perfect balance of flavours, spiciness and tanginess to tease, tickle and satiate your taste buds!! Also, a pleasant surprise in the menu - they serve the juiciest and most succulent lamb chops in the town, definitely a must try! Highly Recommended!!”

“Picked up an order last night. Even on takeout the staff were extremely attentive. THE PORTIONS ARE HUGE. Ordered a massala and rice and honestly it's probably going to be my next three meals. Food is very highly flavored. Wouldn't recommend if you're on a diet. Lots of ghee used. But that just made it better.”

“The Gate is a really good place to visit. We had dinner they on a Saturday night. We had booked in advance, so a table has been reserved for us. The menu is really good, with a really good variety to choose from, including a separate vegan/vegetarian menu. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the menu gives really good variety for money, including the drinks menu. We started with the vegetarian chili nachos which were delicious and made a really nice change from the traditional meat version. We will definitely go back again.”
