● Open“The hotel is really beautiful. The front desk is very helpful and professional. I will share with you one of the examples which reflect the professionalism of the reception. I asked for a taxi from my hotel to the airport through the reception and when the taxi arrived asking about me, the reception start asking different questions to the driver to assure that the taxi is not fake which I really like it from the hotel reception. Going to the hotel room: The size of the bed is enough for two adults and the bed is comfortable. The room size is good compared with other London hotel as most of London hotels room are small. The location of the hotel is in a new area and little bit far away from the most attractive area (30-40 minutes by underground metro) however the underground metro is just 5-10 minutes walking distance. The hotel area is safe, the hotel is just two minutes away from Westfield mall which has a big supermarket and many restaurants and shops. I really enjoyed in this hotel.”

● Open“My sister was staying here on business and we went to check into the hotel. The details this hotel has paid attention to is unreal. Each room is tastefully decorated and the people who work there are exceptionally attentive. There are free sweets and flavoured water at reception and the hotel smells incredible everywhere you go. The views from the room are stunning and I love the idea of window seats. You can have your coffee to go ready for the morning and their rooftop bar has stunning views also. There are mini cuckoo clocks in the room, organic bedsheets and comfy pillows. I would love to stay here in the future with my partner.”

I spoke to someone (maybe a manager?) and he mentioned he’ll be happy to stock it again. Today, I manage to purchase it :) hopefully more people will buy it so they can keep restocking.”

The lamb skewers reminded me of Street Food in China, the flavour was just right. I will be going back again for certain, there are many dishes I'm eager to try and see if they're also as authentic as the food I had.”

I enjoyed the atmosphere and it was very busy. It seems to be popular enough. I certainly will return as I liked the place. Gravesend is blessed with many Indian restaurants specialising with food from around that country this restaurant gives a good example of the British Indian food tradition.”

● Closed“I've been going to San Giorgio for years and have never been disappointed. I went with my wife and son who love this restaurant The atmosphere was great inside. The food was fantastic as always and the service brilliant. Cocktails were super. Really is good value for money. We were stuffed, not even room for a dessert. I had mentioned it was my wife's birthday and they shocked us at the end with a candle lit dessert and sang happy birthday which the other customers joined in. Thank you to Giorgio and staff for a great meal and night out. I would highly recommend this Italian restaurant above all others.”

Sharing board had so many different tastes as well as pizza’s sourdough taste was distinct! I can say their pizza is one of the pest. Montepulciano wine we had was leaving a funny after taste. When told, our glasses were exchanged with wine from a new bottle immediately. I knocked the new wine glass but even that was replaced! Friendly staff and excellent Itallian food - Made in Italy continues to be our favorite!! Thank you:)”
