We ordered some flowers to be sent to a relative who had just moved house, but what we didn't know was that immediately after moving, they had gone straight off on holiday (pre-arranged long before the move was set up). Buttonhole tried to deliver, but couldn't (because our relatives weren't there!) so brought the flowers back to their shop, then rang us to explain what had happened, then re-delivered a fresh arrangement of flowers to my relative's mother, several days later, ready for when my relative got back from holiday. They are just back now and have texted us to say the flowers are absolutely beautiful. You couldn't ask for better service from a flower shop - highly recommended!”
